I took a couple of weekends off to have a holiday and a short break from painting. I also settled on a plan to try to tackle my Dark Angel collection before 10th Edition is released.
The first step was to collect my primed infantry and work on the common details. All of the models that were primed black got their armor painted the correct green. I then did the helmet lenses, weapon casings and the joint ribbing.
The special and heavy weapons still need to be done, but it's a good start. Once those are taken care of the next steps will be chest eagles, piping and then unit markings.
These models are the majority of the older infantry. There are a couple of squads left to do and then the Primaris models will be next.
